Fold Hill Foods Ltd is the largest supplier of own brand dry pet foods to the UK and a major supplier to the pet shop trade. We also sell in over 15 countries in Europe and beyond to pet food manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers with our brands or to the customer’s brand.

The Challenges

Fold Hill Foods wanted a more efficient way to manage purchase invoice processing. With invoice volumes estimated at around 800 per month, the business needed to reduce manual effort, improve approval visibility, and move away from paper-based processes. X3CloudDocs can automate invoice capture, processing, approval, and creation in Sage X3, while giving the team greater control and traceability throughout the workflow.

We as a business have been utilising AP automation (Purchase Order Automation) through X3CloudDocs for a couple of months now which has massively sped up our processing. Over 80 documents per hour is faster than a clerk could go through them manually.
